The Challenge
The client needed a single app that worked for both customers and vendors, with real-time stock updates and a seamless checkout.
Our Approach
We built a role-based Flutter app with separate customer and vendor flows. Firebase Realtime Database handled inventory sync and Razorpay was integrated for payments.
